EXPERT COACHING:

Gordon’s School Rugby teams play an exciting, fast-paced, highly-skilled and relentless game, and show pride in playing for Gordon’s every time they get the opportunity. Players are given a framework within which they can express themselves and are empowered to make their own decisions. 

ATTACKING PRINCIPLES 

To attack with speed, skill, and the intent to score, regardless of where the team is on the pitch.  All coaching shall be underpinned by the principles of attack: 
Fill the Field 
Attack Space 
Tempo 

DEFENSIVE PRINCIPLES 

To defend aggressively, relentlessly, and intelligently to apply pressure to the opposition attack and to win the ball back.   All coaching shall be underpinned by the principles of defence:  Pressure  Connected  Physical.
