A Poetry Slam ended four weeks of performance poetry by students in Year 7. Those taking part in the competition gave passionate recitals about many contentious issues and ones close to their hearts such as suicide; anxiety; a trouble free world and falling in love with a mermaid! They were judged by their peers who voted Jemima Robinson in first place followed by Thomas Allen.
