    West End Christmas Fair came to Gordon's on Saturday, bringing singing, activities and competitions as well as providing a fantastic opportunity to buy early Christmas presents!   • New Student Leaders

    Introducing the new Senior Student Leadership Team for 2025/26 of Head Boy Elliot Watson, Head Girl, Beth Bailey; Deputy Head Boy Michael Leybourne; Deputy Head Girl Ellie Stokes; Sergeant Major Bayan Muhsen; Colour Sergent Alisha Limbu and new roles to the line-up, the President of Societies Ece Tagmac and her Vice President James Taplin. All those applying for a senior student leadership roles were required to write a letter of application and submit their CVs before being interviewed by a panel, which included the Headmaster Andrew Moss. The new team will take over after Memorial Weekend in January. Thank you to our outgoing team and congratulations to those coming into the roles.     Third place for Pipe Major Harry Gordon, competing in the Scottish Piping Society of London Competition, Bratach Gorm  - the only high profile solo competition in England. Harry performed the Slow Air and Jig at the competition in London's Caledonian Club.

  • RFU ACE League Finalists

    A place in the RFU ACE League finals for Gordon’s - for the first time in the school’s history - after a 40-7 victory against Stourport High today. The boys, who dominated the game from the start, will now play nine times National Champions Hartpury College. Congratulations boys!

  • Quiz Champs

    Authors, capital cities, film and music among the wide-ranging general knowledge topics in the inaugural Inter-House Quiz competition. The University Challenge-style buzzer round of the semi-final resulted in a win for China House over Augusta House and a thrilling battle for third place which saw Victoria knocked into fourth place by Buckingham after a tie-break question. Inter-House Quiz is now included in the Inter-House Academic category. Students may also compete in the other Inter-House competitions with Creative Arts and Sports.   • golfers gains

    A 3-0 win against King Edward’s Whitley has put the Gordon’s golf team into the ISGA Area Final. The win follows individual success in Scotland on the Dundonald links course in the SSGT SWIFTS National Strokeplay Championships with the A Team finishing sixth and the B team 12th. In the National Schools competition on Monday at Moor Park GC, Gordon’s teams were placed third, fourth and fifth in the stableford and second, third and fourth in the scratch event. Gordon’s Team finished first and second in the Team stableford event.

  • MP in the hot seat

    A chance for Sixth Form students, coming up to voting age, to meet the new MP for Surrey Heath, Al Pinkerton this afternoon. Dr Pinkerton discussed issues concerning young people today and was asked questions by the group. Of his achievements so far, Dr Pinkerton joked that one was finding his way around the House of Commons, which he described as “Hogwarts on steroids”, and another was helping a bullied child to move to a school of their choice. Thank you Dr Pinkerton!

  • Ofsted report 'outstanding'

    Another Outstanding OFSTED inspection for Gordon’s! Inspectors rated the school outstanding in all five areas (quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development, leadership and management and Sixth Form provision) following their visit in October. Inspectors found that students thrive in response to the school’s high ambitions, learning the importance of hard work, participation and making positive contributions to the community. The report follows the 'outstanding' OFSTED boarding inspection earlier this year and states that students thrive in the togetherness of Gordon’s and appreciate the extensive co-curricular opportunities.
