Throughout the academic year, students at Gordon’s School have the opportunity to participate in basketball as a Period 7 activity on Mondays with games usually taking part on Wednesdays. Gordon’s Basketball team competes in the Surrey Sixth Form Basketball League, representing the school in both home and away fixtures. Training takes place on our dedicated basketball courts, with sessions designed to develop technical skills, strategy, and teamwork.

During the Autumn and Spring Terms, Gordon’s Basketball team competes against top schools in local and county leagues, providing our players with valuable experience and the chance to test themselves at a high level. As our basketball program continues to grow, we aim to expand our participation in national competitions, pushing ourselves to compete with some of the best teams in the country.
