A chance for Sixth Form students, coming up to voting age, to meet the new MP for Surrey Heath, Al Pinkerton this afternoon. Dr Pinkerton discussed issues concerning young people today and was asked questions by the group. Of his achievements so far, Dr Pinkerton joked that one was finding his way around the House of Commons, which he described as “Hogwarts on steroids”, and another was helping a bullied child to move to a school of their choice.
