Some of our Junior Prefects as they begin their new leadership roles in the school. The Year 10 students were selected after applying to their Heads of Houses and being interviewed. Each House has up to four Junior Prefects, who will represent both their Houses and the School. As part of their roles, they will be expected to complete safeguarding training and will be invited to participate in the Good to Great Leadership Programme as well as completing the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 2 qualification.
